1. Delivery Area

We currently offer island-wide delivery to all addresses within Singapore, including residential and commercial locations.

 

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is authorized , our team will begin processing it.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

3. Shipping Options & Fees

We offer the following shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery - Free Shipping on orders over S$35!

Enjoy free shipping on all orders S$35 and above within Singapore.

For orders below S$35, a standard shipping fee of S$4.90 applies.

Delivery time: 3-5 business days after order processing is complete.

 

4. Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment methods:

Online Payment: Pay securely via Credit/Debit Card. Your payment is processed through our accredited payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash upon receiving your order. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

 

6. Delivery & Signing 

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging for any obvious damage before signing. If the package is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and contact us immediately at deeprc999@gmail.com.

For COD orders, payment is collected at this time.

The courier will deliver to the address provided. Anyone at the address may sign for and receive the package on your behalf.

 

7. Important Notes

Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, we will contact you to rearrange delivery, which may incur an additional fee. Unclaimed orders will be returned to us and a refund will be processed, minus any incurred shipping costs.
