1.Order Acceptance & Pricing

All orders placed through the anzgnz.com website are an offer to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

The total price quoted for an order (including product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes such as GST) will be the amount charged at the time of order confirmation. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate; however, in the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and either cancel the order or provide you with the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price.

2. Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made on anzgnz.com. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, credit/debit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All payments are processed securely through our accredited payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.

3. Order Limitations 

To ensure fair access to our products for all customers, we may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment method, and/or shipped to the same billing or shipping address.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or for commercial purposes.

4. Goods and Services Tax (GST) 

All prices displayed on anzgnz.com are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Singapore law, unless otherwise stated.

5. Billing Discrepancies & Refunds
