Return & Refund Policy

At AnzGnz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1.Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

We accept returns for the following reasons:

You received an incorrect item.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

You have changed your mind (see conditions below).

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange: 

Opened or used personal care products.

Customized or personalized items.

Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging (beyond what is necessary to open the product).

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Do not return the item without prior approval. Please contact our customer service team within the 7-day window at deeprc999@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Product name and/or SKU.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue (especially for damaged/defective items).

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the correct return address within 1-3 business days. Returns sent without an authorization number may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all parts/accessories. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the proof of postage. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Our Error (Wrong, Damaged, Defective): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label if available, or reimburse you upon proof of cost.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
  • Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item as soon as we process your return.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer the option of store credit instead of a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, original packaging discarded).
